Mutual Non-Disclosure & Idea-Protection Agreement
This agreement covers everything you share with 48deploy through this form and afterwards — your idea, description, documents, designs, and business information ("Your Confidential Information").
1. Your idea stays yours
You keep full ownership of your concept and everything you submit. Nothing here transfers any rights in your idea to us.
2. We use it only for you
We use Your Confidential Information for one purpose only: to scope, design, and build your POC and project. We will never use your idea or information to build our own products, to help a competitor, or for any other purpose.
3. We keep it private
We will not disclose Your Confidential Information to anyone outside the team working on your project. We protect it with reasonable security safeguards.
4. Mutual
If we share our own confidential information with you (our methods, pricing, or pre-release work), you agree to keep that private in the same way. This protects both sides.
5. What this does not cover
Standard exclusions apply: information that is already public, that you already had, that you learn independently, or that the law requires us to disclose.
6. How long
These obligations last for 3 years from the day you submit — and indefinitely for anything that qualifies as a trade secret.
